my work of document

As a documentary secretary, the most work is to make various documents include bill draft, documents of declaration, documents of customs clearance,shipping documents and so on. when the cargo is ready, i need to book cargo space through the booking agent in advance. As the space is released, i will contact with the trucking company that they pick up the empty container from the container yard. Usually we export our product from Xingang, Tianjin port. It will taste about two days from picking up the empty container to returning the full container. We need to provide the correct data of loading the container to the freight forwarding within the specified time. Then the freight forwarding will send the bill draft to me for checking. At the same time i need to make the documents of declaration. All my work is to guarantee the exactness of  documents. That’s all.
